Start 2013 with bikes in mind with free tickets to the London bike show!

It's a brand new year, and many of us will be setting ourselves resolutions - whether that's to avoid fare rises on the Tube and ride to work more often, or to race more with the local cycling club - as we struggle through the darker winter months, planning ahead for a spring and summer of cycling can help to keep you going, and here at ibikelondon we've got an exciting competition to fire your imagination!

The London Bike Show returns from the 17th through to the 20th January to the Excel Centre in East London, and is the best place to start planning your cycling year ahead.  All the bike and gear names that you know (and probably a few that you don't!) will be there, as well as a host of events and attractions including an indoor version of the IG London Nocturne making a debut this year, and the launch of Team Madison Genesis and Team Sigma Sport at the Jaguar Performance Stage where all the latest road cycling scuttlebutt will be going down.

Bradley Wiggins celebrates on the Champs Elysees

2012 was an astonishing year for sports cycling with the performance of Team Sky members on the track, and of course Bradley Wiggins winning the Tour de France.  One of Team Sky's partners, Jaguar, have helped support the winning team and want to support you too, by taking you to the London Bike Show.

Jaguar have kindly supplied ibikelondon with four pairs of tickets to the show - which also gives you entry to the Outdoor Show and London Boat Show which are on at Excel at the same time - and its easy to win them, all you have to do is be in it to win it!  Click "Like" on this post on the ibikelondon Facebook page and that's it - you're in the draw to win.  Tickets will be drawn on Saturday the 5th of January and tickets will be sent shortly afterwards.

Happy new year, good luck with all of your resolutions and commitments to cycling in 2013, and good luck!

@scerpi Sorry about this - we run competitions throughout the year on ibikelondon and sometimes run them using just the blog, sometimes using our Twitter platform and sometimes using our Facebook platform. This time it's the turn of Facebook, hard luck for you but better luck next time.
